装修工程中央报价 / Renovation Quotation

1. This quotation is valid for 30 calendar days from the quotation date. All amounts are stated in Singapore dollars (SGD). / 本报价自报价日期起30个日历日内有效，所有金额均以新加坡元列示。

2. Prices are subject to final site measurement, verification of existing conditions and the stated scope of works. / 价格须以最终现场测量、现有条件核验及本报价所列工程范围为准。

3. Unless expressly included, fees and works required by HDB, BCA, MCST, the building management or other authorities are excluded. The Client is responsible for obtaining owner and management approvals. / 除非明确列入，HDB、BCA、MCST、物业管理或其他主管机构要求的费用及工程不包含在内；客户负责取得业主及物业审批。

4. Any addition, omission or change must be recorded in a written variation order before the affected work proceeds and may alter the contract sum and programme. / 任何增项、减项或变更须在相关施工前以书面工程变更单确认，并可能影响合同金额及工期。

5. Payment is recognised only when cleared funds are received. Late payment may affect procurement and the works programme. / 款项以实际到账为准；延迟付款可能影响采购及施工进度。
